Please bring your insurance card and vaccine record to your first appointment, and arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.

How far out do I have to schedule?

We have same or next day availability on most days (M - F).

What insurances do you take? Do you take Apple Health?

We accept most insurances, including Apple Health plans. Please check with your provider to see if we are in network, or call us with questions. And bring your insurance card to your first visit.

I heard you are faith-based. Can I still see a provider if I’m not religious?

Yes! We serve patients from all backgrounds. Our Christian faith is a core motivator of the care we provide, and are passionate about providing excellent, holistic care to the entire community. This is what it means for us to share the love of Jesus.

Do you do autism evaluations?

We are experts in caring for children with many types of developmental and neurodiverse challenges. We work with our patients and families to assess and refer depending on each individual. We are not available for referrals for evaluations.

Do you have same day sick visits?

Yes! If your child is sick, we often have availability to see them same-day. Give us a call.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring vaccination records and your insurance card.
